QUALIFICATIONS:

DRIVERS: Experienced, motivated, positive, hardworking team players with excellent customer service skills. Drivers must be 25 years old with a clean driving record and no felonies. Must live in the area, towing experience & mechanical experience necessary, AAA knowledge will give you the edge in acquiring this position. Must meet requirements for DMV and criminal background checks.

DISPATCHERS: We are lookig for TEAM players that can multi task and remain focused when under pressure. Towing dispatch experience is MANDITORY, we need someone that is well versed in the towing industry. AAA dispatch experience is required along with excellent customer service skills. Must be able to manage call volume and drivers. Schedule is the same each week with 5, 8 hour days with 2 consecutive days off.
